Coach, I know that you need to comprise a team that works together and wins together on and off the court. I believe improvement happens only when a group of players can fulfill every role, on the bench, on the court, in the classroom, and as leaders in the community. What differentiates me from others is not my skill in volleyball. There are thousands of girls just like me when we compare volleyball skill. My insatiable desire to be committed to my teammates, being positive in every moment distinguishes me. Embracing every moment with fully committed effort, passion, and joy is where I excel.
