Alexis Capers '17 Recruiting Profile

I am Alexis Capers. I am a determined and independent soon to be young woman. I would like to be an attorney in college. I aspire to be one of Philadelphia's greatest attorney's. What makes me a good candidate for any team is that I always give anything and everything I do 100%. I may not always  be successful in what I am doing, but I never leave the gym without giving it my all, I leave everything out on the court. Like volleyball, in school I am determined. I am determined to reach my highest potential, and that never happens unless I do my best each and every day. I will admit, some days I do not feel like doing so, but I was taught at a young age that you get out what you put into anything. When playing a team sport it is completely different from an individual sport. Along with playing volleyball, I also run track. In track, you must have faith in yourself that you are going to win the race. In volleyball you must have faith in yourself and in your team. At first this was a difficult task, but it has gotten much easier with time. I hope you enjoyed getting a glimpse of the way I think and how I live my life.
