If I had to put into words what makes me an excellent candidate for your team, it would be my perseverance, dedication, competitive spirit, volleyball IQ on and off the court, and a shear love for the game.  I am completely coach-able and love to soak up any knowledge a coach throws my way.  I have played both basketball and volleyball at high club levels and have now focused all my attention on volleyball. I am an advocate for children especially those with special needs and have helped run sports clinics for autistic children.  Therefore, my collegiate goal would be to become a special education teacher who incorporates sports into the lives of special needs children.  I am a great daughter, student, and athlete who dreams of playing division 1 volleyball.
