Nilka Rivera '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nilka Z Rivera Maldonado, I am a competitive student-athlete, I play as a opposite hitter and outside hitter. I have been playing this awesome sport for the last 6 years.
My dream goal is to have the highest possible education while playing at the highest possible level in a great university/college. I want to become the best student-athlete and team player that I can be to contribute and help the university/college and team program to reach our goals, this goals and knowledge that will help me throughout my life.

For me it is like go big or go home, volleyball is my passion and has been since the first time I step in a volleyball court. I am working really hard academically and in the court because studying and training hard is the best way, if not the only, to reach and accomplish my dreams, my goals, specially for my family that has always been supportive, for the people who believe in me but mostly for those who did not believe it can be done because I can and I will succeed in life.
