Personal Statement

I'm a very self motivated libero looking for a scholarship. I've been playing volleyball since the age of nine and come from a family of a long volleyball tradition. I have an extensive resume that includes awards as National Champion and All American at the AAU tournament in Orlando with top three finishes three years in a row, regional AAU Champion and island wide Beach Volleyball Champion. It's always been my dream to play in the United States as I continue my education. I am a member of The National Society Of High School Scholar with a 3.6 GPA currently in eleventh grade at Maria Reina Academy, San Juan, Puerto Rico, where I'm the libero for the varsity team. References upon request from coaches that have been NCAA players and coaches of the Puerto Rico national team.
