My first year of high school volleyball and my best experience in my volleyball career is now over. The thrill of starting every game and being able to work with my teammates to play for each other and our school was a great experience. I feel that this experience has changed me as a player because it made me realize that there is more to volleyball that just kills, wins, and blocks there are leaders, encouragers, and a great team environment and my high school team made me realize that. This realization allowed me to grow as a player and be able to be a great player skill wise and leadership wise always being able to be there for my team.
I have been playing volleyball for five years now and it has taught me a lot of valuable lessons and is something I want to be able to improve and grow in for many years. I am looking for a program that not only will let me grow as an athlete, but as a student where I can continue my journey in academics as well. As a leader on and off the court and a very passionate volleyball player I believe I would make a great addition to your volleyball program.
