Lily Martin '20 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was young, hard work has been a concept I've been very familiar with. Over the years, I've learned what it means to be a "hard worker", and how to apply that in all areas of my life like school, relationships, extracurriculars, and volleyball. Volleyball has grown close to my heart, and I've developed a passion for the sport. My natural hard working spirit allows me to be very coachable, work well with teammates, and make the team as a whole stronger. I create an energy on and off the court with my zealous play and outgoing personality. Aside from volleyball I am also passionate about music, track and field, and photography which makes me a well rounded candidate. After four seasons of high school varsity experience, and six seasons of club, I already know that I want to extend my volleyball career as long as possible by playing in college. Through hard work and commitment, I hope to reach this goal. I am the right candidate for you because of my coachable nature, emotional and passionate play, competitive spirit, and hard working disposition.
