My name is Taygon Jones and I am a Junior from Bowie High School in Bowie Texas. I am a libero/ defense specialist but this year my high school coach needed me to play all the way around. I have been a varsity starter for 3 years. I started playing select volleyball at the age of 8 years old on a 12u team and that is when my love for volleyball began. I am very passionate about volleyball! I have always dreamed of playing at the college level and someday playing in the Olympics. I am a hard worker, coachable, a good teammate and very much dedicated to the sport. After I accomplish my volleyball and educational goals I plan to pursue a career in the medical field as a dermatologist.
