Lindsey Kriendler '22 Recruiting Profile

 My name is Lindsey and I am a 6’1 outside/middle hitter. I will be playing with Houston Skyline  this year, and I am going into my third year on the varsity team at Cypress Creek high school. Volleyball has helped to shaped me into the person I am today by teaching me the value of hard work, leadership, and the importance of teamwork. When I started club volleyball a little later than most, I made the third team at my club but quickly learned to love the game. With the goal of making a top team and a lot of hard work I was able to move up a team the next two years.  My goal for this year was to play at a  club where I would be playing in the Open level and in July I achieved that goal and  made Houston Skyline's 17 Black.

 In addition to striving for the best in volleyball I also bring that mindset to my academic goals. I am currently ranked 3/788 in my class and I have a 6.71/6 GPA. I am looking for a college where I can not only make an impact on the athletic program, but also have the opportunity to broaden my academic achievements. I am devoted to continue to grow everyday not only as a athlete but as a person, and I know with my hard work and commitment to excellence I will be a great an addition to your team!
