Kathryn Hayes '17 Recruiting Profile

I work really hard and listen very well. I take criticism very well and if I am asked to do something I try to the best of my ability to do it. I am very easy to get along with and I don't argue. I don't get upset when someone says something to me and I am very encouraging on the court and stay positive regardless of what I'm really feeling inside. In the classroom I am extremely competitive and take my academics to the next level. I don't believe in any homework going un-done and will do what it takes to complete it by the end of the day. As far as playing volleyball, I want to push myself as far as I can go and to the maximum ability. I want a coach that will challenge me and put pressure on me. I want a coach to be able to feel like they can rely on me to get whatever task or drill is at hand to be completed.
