Makenna Bartlett '16 Recruiting Profile

I plan to compete at a collegiate level and earn a well rounded education as well. I am a hard working individual who believes respect is earned, not given.I am known by my influential attitude on and off the court and look to be a leader to others. However, my most profound trait would be how outgoing I am. I take complete pride in being the one who is never quiet. I'm the girl who coaches look at to keep the team excited, yet ready to compete. I push myself not only on the court, but in the classroom. I seek challenge in everything I do because I don't believe in the easy way out of anything. Growing as a person and in knowledge is something that I value and look to do every chance I get. I'm simple minded in the fact that is doesn't take much to make me happy, but when it comes to work, sports or school, I never settle for anything less than my best.
