Hello, my name is Lauren Schilling. I am a senior at Reagan High School in San Antonio, Texas.
I enjoy playing volleyball for a number of reasons and would like the opportunity to play at the collegiate level. Besides love of the game, volleyball allows me to work with a team, contribute to a greater whole, and learn to work together and rely on others. I feel I bring optimism and drive to a team. I am very vocal on the court and try to be a smart as well as athletic player. I strive to give my full effort to every set and match, even if I am not on the court. I am a hard worker and continually try to improve my game. I look forward to learning from my teammates and coaches at every level.
I intend to pursue a career in Criminology and Forensic Psychology. I have always wanted a career that allows me to give back to the community. I would like to know that my work can make the world safer for others.
