I am a hard worker on and off the court. While working on school, school work is my first and foremost priority, however, any amount of free time I have is spent in the gym playing or working out to get better. This shows in the grades I make in school and the constant progress I make in volleyball. When I am on the court, I stand out as a player with energy and someone who purely loves the game. I am a leader, a competitor, and a strong player. I also coach young girls volleyball; it has taught me a whole new love for the game that I could never even imagine. I coach these girls, and I realize that I am learning just as much from them as they do from me. It helps me stay focused and remember the little girl I once was who fell in love with the game of volleyball. This pushes me to strive to be the best I can be in everything I do. I am dedicated and not afraid of hard work both physically and academically. I strive to be part of a program that will push me beyond what I ever thought I was capable of doing. I do not wish to only play volleyball in college, but to come out of college a well-rounded young adult who is prepared for the real world using the lessons that are learned from being on a strong collegiate volleyball team.
