Personal Statement

I would love to play volleyball later in my life, in college and further on if I can. Volleyball has always been my life. I was practically raised in gyms watching my mom and sister play volleyball. They have always been my inspiration to play. I have always wanted to go into athletic training. I want to become a head athletic trainer for some type of professional team. I have been on both the trainer side helping out the athletes and I have also been on the athlete in need side. I work with my school's athletic training program as well as the local Indoor Football League team. I love to help others wither it is young girls like my two younger sisters learning how to play volleyball or a fellow athlete who is in need of medical attention. I want to go on and play at higher levels to not only help me become a better player, but I also want to keep going because I love the game and I am a student of the game. I love how in volleyball you are always learning something new. I am a diligent hard worker who knows the real meaning of teamwork.

Along with volleyball and athletic training, I enjoy working with my school's Buddy Club which is a program where peer students work with and fellowship the school's life skill's students. I am going to be the president of the club this next coming school year. I have been president of my church's young women group as well. I am also in what my school calls Link Crew. It is a student leadership club where upperclassmen welcome incoming freshman and strive to make their freshman year a great year full or fun and no bullying. I work well in leadership rolls.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
