Abigail Lane '18 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Abigail Lane! I have been playing club and school volleyball for 7 years now and have a true passion for the game. It has always been my goal to play in college. I always lead my teammates to success and becoming a better team. I know the game very well, and always try to make the smartest/best play in the current situation. The past few years as a libero has allowed me to develop the leadership skills to quickly assess each play and execute efficiently. My situational awareness, ball control, and ability to read the ball has lead me into setting. I am able to make quick decisions and run the best play possible in fluid situations. I really enjoy being a leader on and off the court, and always pick my team up from a difficult spot. I currently hold a 3.9 GPA and attend Northwest Christian Schools in Spokane, WA. I am involved in ASB, sophomore ambassadors, peer tutor, and National Honors Society. I am also the President of my high school's chapter of Future Business Leaders of America and a member of National Society of High School Scholars. Thank you for your time and consideration.
