My goal is to compete at the highest level possible in Women's Volleyball. Every time I step onto the court, my goal is to improve my skills and to reach a higher level. I believe my strong work ethic is a core asset - I want to have the maximum effort in practice. I believe that as a player I need to have strong effort in practice every day to be able to transfer a high level of play in the games. Another way to say this is to have a perfect match I need to first be able to have a perfect practice.
