I am a multi-sport athlete who loves the challenge of competing in sports while succeeding in my academics. Currently, I am participating with 3 different teams. I am competing for my High School Gymnastics team, my Club Gymnastics team as well as my Club Volleyball team. I am participating in some sort of sports practice, if not multiple practices in a single day, 7 days a week and I still maintain a 4.0 GPA. I am an extremely determined person and I push myself to be a good role model for others and supportive teammate.
I started Volleyball in 8th grade when I moved to Wisconsin. I fell in love with the sport very quickly. I love the family atmosphere it creates. My favorite part of the sport is learning from my teammates, who not only make me a better player, but also a better person. I am a competitive person and enjoy working hard with my fellow teammates and coaches to be successful on and off the court. I feel that I am very coachable, in that I listen, think about what was said and then take action to become the best player and teammate I can be.
I want to continue playing Volleyball into my collegiate career because I love the sport. I would love the opportunity to play at any institution that will support my academic as well as my athletic goals. I know that I can succeed with helping my team and school in whatever role they may need.
