I also play for American River Water Polo Club in Sacramento which is coached by ex-Olympian Heather Moody, and this will be my second year. At the end of the season I was awarded Most Improved Player for my team and also moved up an age group to travel to Junior Olympics with the U18s. I have also received the Academic All American award this past year. During the 2016 fall season I worked as a coach for the younger players at American River. I will continue coaching into the spring and summer seasons as well. Over the years, I have been playing, my love for the game as well as my skills have increased. I am dedicated and hard working in both the pool and the classroom. I value being a good teammate and work well with others. I would love to play water polo in college as well as major in environmental studies.
