I have been playing water polo since 6th grade (I am currently in 11th) and through the sport I have met so many amazing coaches and teammates. I aspire to play polo in college and have acknowledged that playing water polo will help me get into the colleges I know are a great fit for me. I aspire to be a trauma surgeon or obstetrician once I graduate college.
In playing through different teams, I have learned how to cooperate with a wide range of people. The first club team I played for was a co-ed team, so I learned different styles of playing from the start. Through playing for so long, I have learned more about how I learn. Visuals and slow demonstrations have always helped me the most.
I am a well-rounded student-athlete. I am a very quick thinker and always get my head into the game.
