Iver Sandoval '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Iver Sandoval. I live in a small rural area in southern Colorado. I have had some success wrestling in high school and want to become the best wrestler and person I can by wrestling in college. I work hard and love to sweat. I'm looking for a College that will mold me into an NCAA All-American while giving me an exemplary education. I plan to major in biology possibly leading to a career in wildlife biology. The last two years I have been fortunate enough to have been on two state championship teams. While placing second both years I have learned the bitterness of defeat. That drives me to work hard every day, to improve upon yesterday, and to prepare myself for tomorrow. I love to wrestle and want to work hard for a program that works hard for me. I am open to a variety of colleges but would prefer a medium to large school near mountains or where I could be involved in the outdoors. It's my desire to wrestle as a freshman and compete at the highest level possible. I look forward to finding a college that will cultivate my abilities and push me to become the best wrestler and person I can be.
