Wrestling was introduced to me by one of my football coaches who also coaches wresting. I soon became captivated by the sport and my love for wrestling has grown ever since. I only wish I had found the sport earlier in my life. Throughout my wrestling career, I have learned that you have to go out and get what ever it is that you want. Qualifying and placing at the state tournament has been a goal of mine since I missed qualifying this past year by one match. At school, I am taking numerous AP classes in all subjects. After high school, I plan to earn my undergraduate degree while competing at the collegiate wrestling level. One thing that sets me apart from others is that I learn very quickly. This has allowed me to advance in the sport of wrestling in my two years of experience. I hope to keep learning and growing as an athlete, and as a person.
