I love wrestling. I joined Sophomore year because I needed to lose weight. It evolved into something that I do every single day. I have a passion and drive for this sport you will rarely find somewhere else. I went from 235 to 150 in the span of 3 years just so I could be good at wrestling. I have had hot starts to both my seasons then got injured. My Sophomore year I was 5-0 and then partially tore my tommy john tendon. Then Junior year I broke my collarbone in the first period of a match, still finished it. What sets me apart from other kids is I was at every single practice without missing. I would schedule rehab around it, work on schoolwork at home and rescheduled many other important things to be able to support my team even when I was injured. You wont find anyone who cares for for their team and the sport than me. I hope you consider following my senior season that is bound to turn you heads. Thank you for reading coach!
