Michael DiFrisco '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a junior attending Elmwood Park High school. l am currently wrestling at the 119 pound weight class. I was a state qualifier at 103 pounds my sophomore year and unfortunately lost my first match after dislocating my collar bone twice in the match, then falling short to an 11-8 decision. I than finished the season with a 20-6 record. Freshman year I was 5-1 on varsity weighing just 92 pounds wrestling at 103 pounds. Unfortunately I only got 6 varsity matches wrestling behind a state qualifier. I finished freshman year with a 14-4 record. Over the off season I competed in tournaments and camps to get better and improve on last years results. This year I am a team captain and an honorable mention in state rankings. I am looking for a college somewhere around the midwest area so I can be close to my family. I have not yet decided on what I would like to study.
