Personal Statement
Coaches consider me a very coachable kid with an extremely fast learning curve. Many of my teammates and coaches say I am fun to be around and bring entertainment throughout the season. I have wrestled since 6th grade, but I became a wrestler during Sophomore club season. Sophomore club season I placed 3rd or higher in all of Indiana's tournaments. After Indiana's tournaments were over I traveled to Michigan for central regionals where I placed fourth and double qualified for Fargo. While in Fargo for freestyle and greco nationals I realized how much work I have to put in to become an all american wrestler, and ever since I have been working hard to not only be one of the best in my state but now I am striving to be one of the best in the nation. Although I truly love my sport I know I am a student before I am an Athlete. I want to go to school to become a physical therapist and return to school to study law so I can become an agent.
