I am a three sport athlete that maintains over a 4.0 grade point average. I am very determined, organized and competitive. I am searching for a college or a university where I can obtain an excellent education and also pursue my love for wrestling. I am undecided on a major, however I am considering, veterinary medicine, biomedical engineering or physical therapy.
I have been Captain of my wrestling team for two years and feel that I lead the team by my hard work and determination to get better with every match. I think I may be different from other recruits as I put God first in all my decisions, this is how I was raised and this faith has helped guide me in academics and athletics.
I have been wrestling since I was five years old. The most important aspect I have learned about the sport is that is is a marathon and not a sprint. I strive every year and every match to get better. I have worked really hard to develop not only my technical skills but my mental skills. I truly believe that I have not reached my peak yet as a wrestler and that is why I think I would be a great asset to a team.
