Personal Statement
I am a very motivated, goal-orientated wrestler looking for a competitive college where I can use my skills to foster growth, teamwork and help to win meets, tournaments, and championships. I love working hard and using what I know to help others grow. I was a competitive gymnast when I was younger and believe that the skills I learned during that time continue to help me grow as a wrestler both physically and mentally.
I am thinking about going into pre-med and working towards becoming a sports medicine doctor or go into orthopedics. My GPA is greater than a 4.0. I am involved in many extra-curricular activities including student council (previous treasurer, now student body president), PAL Leadership Team (previously Officer, now co-president of relay for life) where we do lots of community service and work to become counselors at summer camp, and an assistant teacher for Sunday school at church. Also I joined the National Honors Society (NHS) for my high school, now a parliamentarian.
I am a multi-sport athlete competing in wrestling, football, and pole-vaulting for track and field. I also work as a gymnastics coach.
