Personal Statement

My name is Darius Boone. I am a senior at North Gaston HIgh School. I have been wrestling for five years. I am currently ranked top ten in the state. I have also wrestled for Mat Masters AAU Wrestling team.

I plan to go to college and major in business. I plan to open my on business in my hometown. I want to attend a 4 year college or university and receive my undergraduate degree. I also work hard to maintain a 3.5 gpa. I additionally train outside of practice to help maintain top performance.

My freshman year I received Rookie of the Year award. I also received most Improved my Junior Year as well as the Hustle Hard Award. I hope to continue to wrestle collegiatley and also get my degree, I think I would be a good fit for any wrestling team
