Noah Jacobs '17 Recruiting Profile

    I am a 132Lb. wrestler from Durham, NC and will graduate in the class of 2017 from Riverside High School. I have started on my varsity wrestling team every year I have been in high school. My freshmen and sophomore seasons I wrestled at the 113Lb. weight class and my Junior year I wrestled at the 126 Lbs.  I have over 100 varsity wins and I plan on breaking the 150 win margin this year. I have upheld a 4.0 GPA while taking multiple Honors and AP level classes and being in the PLTW Engineering Program at my school.

    Ideally, I would like to be at a school that is medium-large in size.  I would like to attend a school with a "college town" atmosphere.  As of right now I am mainly interested on staying within or close to the state, however I will to go further. I would like to attend a school that challenges me both on the mat and in the classroom.  My general plan is to continue my wrestling career through college while getting a degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Sports Science. I plan on enlisting into the military after college, the NAVY has always been a passion of mine and it is something I would love to pursue.
