My name is Jordan Eakin
I have been wrestling for the past 13 years and I have a good amount of knowledge in the art of wrestling. This past wrestling season I have made more gains than I have in any past season. I placed at 2 of the 3 tournaments I wrestled at, the rest were duals. I would have wrestled more but I was going from 195-152 and that prevented me from wrestling in a lot of major tournaments. I ended up making it to 152 and making great gains in wrestling in both strength and technique. I hope to place in the NCAA tournament as a college goal. Academically I have been an honor student throughout high school and have taken an AP History class. My grades are at least a 3.5 GPA.
My personal belief is that a student athlete should represent the school in all areas -physically, academically and most importantly, morally. There are many great students and great athletes who have used very poor judgement, affecting the entire school. I would like to represent my school in all of these areas as an example to what a student athlete should be.
