Luke walter '15 Recruiting Profile

 I have been wrestling since I was five years old. I have always dreamed of wrestling in college and even in the Olympics, but I know it takes hard work to make these dreams a reality.

I am fast on my feet and more of a technical wrestler,always watching for an opportunity to strike. I strive to set a good example for my team mates , someone they can count on for encouragement and support, someone they can look up to as a team leader. I am very dedicated and hardworking and always willing to learn knew things that will expand my knowledge and skills.

i work just as hard on my schoolwork as I do on the mat. I have been a high honor and honor roll student for the last four years;.While being a dedicated wrestler and student.  I also work a full time job and in my free time help coach the elementary school wrestlers.

I want to attend a college where I can excel not only on the mat but academically as well. I would like to find a college that will help prepare me for a future career and where I will also be an asset to the wrestling team. I want to stand tall and have my family and friends be proud of me and say "I made it."
