Personal Statement
I feel that I am a good candiate for college teams because of several reasons.
First, my hard working mental and phyiscal ability is embedded in my up bringing and applied on the mat and off. For example, my wrestling record is 37-4 at 132 pounds as a freshman at William Tennent High School located in Warminster, PA 18974. Furthermore, I have mapped out my spring/ summer Free Style and Scholastic wrestling schedule along with current strength program. Both will allow me to work hard, and allow a positive cycle to occur in order to evolve as an athlete.
I truely beleive that hard work will pay off and has done so academically and athletically. I currently hold 3.84 core grade GPA overall 4.0, 3x Distingished Honor Student at William Tennent High School in Warminster, PA 18974. I am interested in material engineering, sciences, and history in high school and
may want to continue studies in those areas as college nears.
Currently, I have other interests and cross train in boxing and kick boxing and will be on the high school track team entering in the 100 and pole vault events. This will improve my competition spirit and allow me to further expand my confidence and personal growth.
Secondly, character, my even temper and display of sportmanship is one of my high charactertistics of my makeup as an athlete. I was selected as th 9th grade ambassador by my 9th grade administration to help guide new Freshman entering next September.
Thirdly, humility, I am humble and appreciate instruction and extended coaching advise. I beleive in teamwork and enjoy the feeling of being part of a comittited team evironment.
Lastly, Dedicated, I am always movtivated to represent my team honorably, and in doing so prepare myself to be a very important asset in the team design and makeup. All of the traits mentioned are important to me to focus success upon the college of representation and the reflected team.
