Personal Statement
The beginning of my wrestling life was in the second grade when my dad suggested that I should try wrestling along with my two other brothers. I instantly loved the sport and worked as hard as I could to get better. My dad was a very influential person in both my growth in the sport of wrestling and my growth as a good person. He always taught me to do everything one hundred and ten percent which is a motto I personally live by.
A major thing that the sport of wrestling has taught me is to be cool and be able to make quick decisions under pressure which is a very important thing in wrestling. I also find myself being very good at analyzing situations on and off the mat. As a student athlete, school is another very important aspect of my life. I wish to maintain a grade average of at least a 93% throughout all of high school and be able to make it into med school.
