    What the Coaches are Saying...
    Apr 11, 2019

“Elmira College is a Cross Country Only school located in upstate New York. We are a small, private, Division III institution and a member of the Empire 8 Conference. We still train year round with oportunities to run in local, open indoor meets. During the spring we have a 4 week, NCAA approved spring season with up to thre competitions. I am in the second year of building this program and welcome any level runner. I use a Jack Daniels training philosophy to train runners who are motivated with a passion to improve!”
