“In the last 6 years Coach Woodward and staff have transformed the Women's Basketball program to one of the best teams in Region III, one of the most competitive regions in the country. The Jefferson Women's Basketball program and its first complete recruiting class finished the 2013-2014 season with a 20-7 record the best this decade. "JWB" notched 3 wins against teams ranked nationally in the top five throughout the season. Coach Woodward and his staff have successfully recruited and coached 3 NJCAA All-Americans, 10 All-Conference award winners, 8 All-Region award winners, and two MSAC and Region 3 Players of the Year award winners.
