What the Coaches are Saying...
Sep 11, 2018

“The RMU Lacrosse team in its history has had great success. With several final four finishes and a National Championship title in 2014. Following the 2014 championship season, a lack of recruiting left this program without enough players to field a full team. I was hired to rebuild and restore this team. My mission is to get us back to the championship game and return with another national title. My coaching philosophy is centered around building a strong team culture. For a team to be truly successful the players must have trust and confidence in each other. I focus my energy on innovation and player development. I try to create an environment that is productive and fun to ensure that our team will work harder than any other out there. Hard work and talent is the key to team success.”

—Coach Meghan Brady
