Cole Carlson '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches, My name is Cole Carlson. I am 6 foot, 140lbs. I am a 2025  Catcher/Second Basemen/Right Handed Pitcher. I am a right handed batter and thrower from Medicine Hat Alberta, Canada. I am known for being a great leader on the field with a loud voice and a guy who is confident in his fielders to make the plays. I like to see my team having success more then my success.

This past season with the Medicine Hat Knights I was more of a utility man playing 6 out of the 9 positions. I was also a starter on the JV team for the Monsignor McCoy Colts. With the Colts we got second in provincials.

My goal has always been to the play baseball at the college level. I love  playing baseball because I can be myself out there and nothing matters just the game. Your mentality is a huge part of the game when I go out there I tell myself “To be the best, you have to play like the best and don’t listen to the people who want to bring you down”. They just give me more motivation to work harder.

In the off season I like wakeboard and spend time with my family and friends on the lake. I also like to golf with my dad. We like to travel all around Canada and USA. In the winter I like to down hill ski.
