Personal Statement
Baseball is one of the biggest parts in my life. Since I was three and started playing baseball, I have learned more than imaginable on and off the field. Baseball has taught me the meaning of dedication, teamwork, competitive spirit, and most of all leadership.
Growing up, I have always played club baseball, and now I also play for my high school team. Playing for both teams and being committed to school at the same time has taught me a lot in time management. Attending a private Jesuit Catholic school like Brophy, I know can't fall behind in academics and at the same time I know I can't afford to miss practices or games. Juggling all of this has taught me the true meaning of a student athlete.
I know that playing for your team, I would be a great leader, hard worker, and a team player that knows the true meaning of being not just an athlete, but a dedicated student with great character on and off the field. I am looking forward to finding a competitive college team that's right for me. One that's going to bring me to the best college experience. One that's going bring me to my full potential.
