Brock Berlan '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches,

My name is Brock Berlan and I am a Senior at Canyon View High School in Waddell AZ. I am very passionate about baseball and my goal is to have the opportunity to continue playing and further my education in college. I am 5’11 and 160 pounds. My primary position is middle infield, but i also can play the outfield. I’m a big talker on the field and when i’m not talking the pitch has already been thrown and i’m thinking about the next play. I value the game win or loss and put the team’s successes over my success. Baseball has been apart of my life for 14 years now, and i’m hoping for many more to come. In the classroom I’d like to say i’m pretty good. I have a 4.83 GPA and am taking multiple honors and AP classes that push my academic abilities higher than ever. When in the season, I stay busy by hitting once a day and lifting at least 5 times a week. In the offseason, I add to that by improving my defensive ability whether being in the infield or the outfield. If given the opportunity to play collegiate ball, I would like to personally say that will continue to strive for better on and off the field, I will continue to be a Student athlete, while always encouraging my teammates to do the same.
