I will be honest with you. I picked up a bat the summer after my eighth grade year not really knowing what to do. My friends need an extra player to fill a spot so they could have a team. I played the game and fell in love with it. I have worked hard ever since to become a player worth mentioning. Again, I'll be honest, I am not an amazing athlete. What I will bring to the table though, is an attitude to strive for greatness. I will work hard. Often, I beg my coaches for extra reps in the batting cage. I want to work hard and be a better player. I want to be apart of a team that is a family. I don't look for amazing schools. I want to be at a school that respects that I am not an incredible prospect. I will walk on and am more than happy to be red-shirted. I want to continue my ability to play baseball.
