- 02/20/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - San Bernardino, CA Connor is a young 2-way player with a thin frame. On the mound, Connor has good balance, a clean arm action, and he separates his hands on time. He has a simple delivery, quiet actions, and he gets good extension towards home plate on his pitches. Added arm strength, and a better finish, will help Connor improve abilities on the mound. In the OF, Connor makes plays through efficient hands and feet. He gets a good first step off the bat, stays compact, and throws with a long accurate arm to his cut off man. Defensive grades can get better with more pre-pitch actions, fielding further out in front, and with added arm strength. At the plate, this right hand hitter stands in the box with a close stance, he has long levers, and a middle of the field approach. He gets the barrel through the zone well, makes contact, and shows the ability to spray the wall fields. Hitting can improve with work on rhythm/timing, barrel accuracy, and with better use of his lower body.
