Hey, my name is Andrew McCoy and I am from Arroyo Grande, California. I am 20 years old and have played one season at the Junior College level for Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, CA. I am kind of floating around right now because I really want to continue to play baseball, but an arm injury in the summer (tendonitis, fully recovered now) and lack of finances sidetracked me for the 2022-2023 season. I plan on updating my videos to recent footage soon and also updating my velocity verifications from eyedar to something actually reputable very soon as well. I think I could be a really useful piece to any schools rotation or bullpen because of my unique sidearm delivery and movement on all of my pitches(fastball, slider, splitter). I am a hard worker and will be very grateful for any opportunity I am given and make sure not to waste it. If it helps, I think I'm a great clubhouse presence because of my ability to ease tensions and keep the atmosphere light with humor. I'm serious when needed, of course, and always put on my game face when it's time to perform. Also, I know that if you call yourself funny you usually aren't funny, but trust me in this case it's true. Anyways, that's about it, thank you for reading through this hopefully somewhat helpful personal statement.
