Benjamin (Benny) Rodriguez '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Benjamin Rodriguez, I am a motivated, hard working and dedicated individual. I am a confident young man easy going yet extremely competive driven. I believe in strong family values and being a good member of society. My biggest assets are my work ethic., interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. I play Division 2 Water Polo and Division 1 Baseball for my high school in Los Alamitos California. Being a multi-sport athlete is challenging, however with a good structure, proper time management and organizational skills most goals can be achieved. I value my teammates and understand the importance of being team oriented. I would like to attend college where I can compete at a high level with other athletes; who share my competitive drive, educational goals and values. I love baseball and training. As a dual athlete I've learned to be task oriented, flexible and efficient. I enjoy my free time with family and friends, some of the activities I enjoy are fishing, camping and playing music. I would like express that I am committed to playing at the next leveI. I am confident in my abilities as an athlete and as a student. I would like to grow as a player and individual. My family has instilled in me the value of work. I believe that with my character traits,  I will be a valuable teammate and help my team be successful.
