I view sports as a classroom to help me learn the life lessons that will abet my ultimate success personally and professionally. My participation in baseball, football, basketball and the martial arts have taught me the value of hard work, discipline, getting along with others and goal setting. Unquestionably, each of these attributes of my personality will contribute to my success in college and beyond.
Sports have been a big part of my life and I love playing. I've been playing football and basketball for fun, but my passion is baseball. I feel that the other sports have contributed to my baseball skills both physically and psychologically, but I am certain that once I focus only on baseball that I will see huge improvement in my game. I certainly expect to keep playing baseball as long as I can and allowing the values I learn to lead me toward a happy and fulfilled life.
I very much look forward to finding the right baseball program to participate in and having my involvement contribute to an outstanding college experience. Thank you for considering me to be part of your program.

Their description of my follows: “Benji Kaiserman is a 2015 SS/2B, RHP with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Alexander Hamilton. Medium frame, athletic build. Switch hitting shortstop who also pitched. Hits from an open stance with a crouch, rotational swing, more natural and with better bat speed and feel for the barrel from the right side. Line drive swing plane from both sides, aggressive in-game approach at the plate. Light on his feet defensively with quick actions, long arm action, good footwork coming through the baseball well. Pitches from an over the top arm slot, flashed feel for 12-6 curveball and threw strikes from a simple and balanced delivery that he repeated well. Excellent student.”
