I've been a catcher since I was 8 years old. I love the position for two reasons, you can be a part of every play and you can help pitchers do their best.
My goal is to play at the college level and get a good education. Since March, when CV-19 hit, I found that I'm really interested in film and tv production and would like to major in it in college.
What I feel sets me apart from many other kids my age is that I'm self-motivated to practice and play hard. I’ve also been employed as a bullpen catcher for a local pitching coach for 4 years and catch approximately 7,000 pitches a month, from grade school through college pitchers. This job allows me to constantly fine-tune my skills, coach pitchers at the highest level, and makes me a trusted player on my varsity team.
When I'm not playing baseball, you can find me making funny short films, or performing with my singing group, "The Lineup."
