Kyler Gloth '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, 

 My name is Kyler Gloth. I am a baseball player (class of 2024) out of Redondo Beach, California. I am a middle infielder, 3rd baseman, and outfielder. I pride myself on working as hard as possible. I am honest with myself and willing to receive criticism in order to progress. I take everything my coaches tell me to heart and work to improve whatever I am lacking, whether physical or mental. No matter what, I will be the hardest-working player on my team. I enjoy a challenge and I strive to be as good as I can to my teammates. When my teammates push me, I do my best to become even better than them, and in turn, help them become a better player and person. When my teammates are down, I help them get back up by giving them advise (if they need it) as best I can. It is very important to me for my teammates to be in the best place they can be, both physically and mentally as it will not only help them as an individual, but it will help push the team as a whole. I do not limit my work ethic to only athletics. I also work hard in the classroom. I understand that my opportunities will decrease with lower grades, so I consciously make sure to better myself academically by completing all my work and studies. I put in just as much effort in my sport as I do in school. Along with working hard, I am a leader. Not by constantly telling people what to do but by leading by example. I try to guide my peers into doing what is right on and off the field.
