For the last 2 years I have trained with 108 Performance and Eugene Bleecker and have seen immense results with my movement pattterns which have translated directly to the field. Not only have I increased my velocity ( with less effort and less chance of injury ) on the hitting and pitching side of the ball, but I have also gained so much knowledge about myself, movement, and most importantly when things feel off - being able to get back on track within one pitch. Training at 108 has allowed me to unlock myself and use my frame as it should be used. As a tall, longer levered, loose but fast athlete I have taken my game to the next level.
