RALPH Gonzales '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sammy Gonzales and I am from Winters, California. I maintain a 4.0 GPA while playing 3 sports a year and striving to achieve excellence has always been my goal. I have always worked hard and that is why I refuse to be out-worked. Everything I do is a reflection of who I am that is why I always do my absolute best. I have experienced great success in this sport; winning 3 consecutive Divisional Championships and being an All-Conference player since my Freshman year. I have always enjoyed sports and have always been on the starting team but I am passionate about baseball and I am willing to go anywhere in the US to fulfill my dream of being a student-athlete. I have not played but on one summer travel team because I have always worked during my summers so that I could play three sports throughout the year. My education and future are extremely important to me and ultimately that will be a major focus of mine. I plan to study engineering and work in the construction industry.
