Ryan McArthur '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Ryan McArthur.  My primary position is RHP, where I throw from a low 3/4 arm slot, however, I can play both SS and 2B. I am a ballplayer who is dedicated and passionate about all aspects of the game. Since I began playing when I was six, my knowledge and respect for the game have grown exponentially. I am grateful for the experiences and lessons that this beautiful game has given me, as this game has shaped who I am today.  My hope is to play this game as long as God will allow me.  In early May of 2020, I was named to the Baseball Factory All-Region Southwest team. Along with this, I was asked by Baseball Factory to attend their Omaha World Series.

My goal is to go to college and get a degree in Sports Management while playing baseball. While playing baseball and representing my school athletically, I will conduct myself with respect, integrity, and humility, as I understand that how I act reflects not only myself, but my teammates, coaches, and school. As my teammates and coaches are the most important people to me, I will not only work to better myself in college, but to support these people as well.
