Personal Statement
2021 Statement
Rogue Performance is where I train. I have continued with steady weight loss through training and healthy nutrition. I continue to work aggressively in practice to improve mechanics to gain velocity while keeping healthy arm. I have excelled in academics earning the Fall and Spring OCCAC Academic All-Conference honors my freshman year in college(3.45). I attended Bryant & Stratton (JUCO in Ohio) for 2020-2021 freshman year. I was invited back for next season; however due to financial reasons our family decided that it was better if I look for a better financial fit for family.
This summer I have continued my training with Rogue and during the “Live AB's” my FB is 83-84 with a good slider and splitter that both work well as strikeout pitches. I have updated video and Rapsodo data if you would like to see that. I would love to talk more. I have focused on proper nutrition and weight training which over the last two years has changed from winter 2019 being at 5’10 weighing 257lbs to this summer being 6’1 and weighing just under 200. I also just turned 19.
(2019 Statement) I currently train at Rogue Baseball and Push Performance. I am currently work on goal of dropping additional weight to improve my stats. I have lost 30 pounds since the start of this summer and gained about 10 mph on the mound since last year. (2018 to 2019). My set goal is to gain another 5 heading into spring season for my High School team.
I continue to work part-time during the year along with keeping other commitments with church and volunteer work with my family. I am on track with my academic goal for my senior year of obtaining a GPA between 3.25 and 3.5.
