There is a lot more to me than just school and sports. This last summer, my football coach gave our team the opportunity to take a field trip to a place called Sky High Hope Camp. Sky High Hope Camp is a very special place. This is where kids of all ages who have been affected by Cancer go to get away from their lives at home and just enjoy themselves while playing games. We were able to play games with the kids, get to know them, and listen to their stories. Here, I was able to get out of my comfort zone and reach out to those in need. They were able to teach me that there is so much more to life, and to live life to the fullest. I acquired a new outlook on life, to be grateful for everyone and everything that has blessed me.
